With Wrath of the Machine, a feature was introduced that many guardians liked: The more you play the raid, the more efficient you become at getting loot. The reason for this is the SIVA key fragments.
If you collect 10 of them, a SIVA depot key can be crafted, which opens chests in the raid. This means the more you have, the higher the yield per run.
Such a system can provide motivation and should be expanded or extended in Destiny 2. For example, these items could not just provide additional loot but a higher chance for exotics. Items that improve the raid loot – similar to the Knuckles of Eao.
A raid that generously handles loot and rewards you for mastering it frequently – that’s what we want in Destiny 2.
By the way: With SIVA key fragments, you can also reroll the raid armor. Such a feature would certainly be interesting for Destiny 2 as well.
