The German Computer Game Award 2024 will be presented today. We have all the information for you about the nominees, the jury, the categories, and the streams.
What is the DCP? The DCP is the presentation of the German Computer Game Award. This has been taking place since 2009 and awards prizes annually related to video games. The event will be streamed live on YouTube and Twitch, and you can join live.
The award is supported by the industry association game – Association of the German Games Industry together with the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure. The award office is located at the Foundation for Digital Game Culture.

When does the DCP take place?
- Date of the award ceremony: Thursday, April 18, 2024
- Start of the pre-show: 6:30 PM
- Start of the award ceremony: 8:00 PM
Where does the DCP take place? The award ceremony alternates annually between Munich and Berlin. The DCP 2024 will take place in Munich.
Where can you stream the DCP? There are several ways to follow the DCP live:

The DCP 2024 – The Nominees and the Jury
Who is the jury? The winners of the DCP 2024 will be determined in two stages. First, a specialist jury nominates the participants. A main jury ultimately selects the winners.
You can read who will be on the jury in 2024 on the official website of the DCP. For the award in the category Player of the Year, you could even vote in advance.
