DC Universe Online is going on a values diet and is parting ways with some meta-stats.
Although DC Universe Online had some momentum in spring 2016 from the late port to Xbox One, it basically faces the same problems as the other comic superhero game across the river.
Just like Marvel Heroes, it is Free2Play and has an incredibly strong license that regularly attracts new players. But while the gameplay may seem simple at first glance, it is surprisingly complex upon closer inspection.
Marvel Heroes now wants to simplify the game mechanics, so that only 8 buttons are needed for each hero. In DC Universe Online, they’re throwing out meta-values from the game and changing how players access stats.
