The superhero MMO DC Universe Online (PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox One) offers a boost to CR 100. The gift is valid for another two weeks.
Some MMOs like World of Warcraft have been experimenting with this for a while: players should save the often somewhat slow entry times and jump directly into the content.
DC Universe Online also features such a system now, but it’s free. For its birthday, DC Universe Online is giving all players a boost to Combat Rating 100. Members even get two.
To ensure that players don’t start at CR100 without proper gear, Daybreak is also providing suitable equipment, so players can start with Tier 5 and Tier 6. This boost is valid until January 31.
To use the boost, log into the game, select your character, and click the appropriate buttons “Advance Character Level” and “Skip to CR100.”
The bonus goes hand in hand with another event that is currently running. DCUO is also making all episodes available for free right now.
