Cyberpunk 2077 system requirements PC – Full HD, 1440p and 4K
Minimum requirements:
- Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor (CPU): Core i7-6700 or Ryzen 5 1600
- Graphics card (GPU): GeForce GTX 1060 (6 GB) or Radeon RX 580 (8 GB) or Arc A380
- Memory (RAM): 12 GB
- Storage space: 70 GB, SSD recommended
- DirectX version: 12
Recommended requirements:
- Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor (CPU): Core i7-12700 or Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- Graphics card (GPU): GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER or Radeon RX 5700 XT or Arc A770
- Memory (RAM): 16 GB
- Storage space: 70 GB SSD
- DirectX version: 12
Recommended requirements for 4K:
- Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor (CPU): Core i9-12900 or Ryzen 9 7900X
- Graphics card (GPU): GeForce RTX 3080 or Radeon RX 7900 XTX
- Memory (RAM): 20 GB
- Storage space: 70 GB, NVMe SSD recommended
- DirectX version: 12
What do the data mean? ‘Minimum requirements’ means that you can actually play the game. Often this means gaming at 720p (HD) with 30 FPS and low settings. So you shouldn’t expect too much.
Cyberpunk 2077 system requirements in detail: What hardware do I need?
Do I need an Nvidia graphics card? No, if you want to play Cyberpunk 2077, you can also do it with an AMD graphics card. However, if you want to use DLSS, you will need an Nvidia GPU. Certain features, such as ‘Frame Generation’, are exclusive to the RTX 4000 series.
However, AMD has also announced that FSR 3.0 is expected to come to Cyberpunk 2077 soon. Then you can use the DLSS alternative with your AMD graphics card as well. When the update will arrive is not yet known. According to AMD, it should be in fall 2023.
