Ride the Rocket Caravan!
For a few weeks now, there has been the rare guided missile launcher in Fortnite. This makes particularly spectacular rocket rides possible. In the past, players have crossed large parts of the map on rockets, but the following stunt eclipses everything.
The player NoahJ456 wanted to test it and got a launcher with many rockets. He started at the scrapyard Junk Junction in the northwest, jumped right after firing a rocket, and rode off.
But guided missiles have a built-in detonator and eventually explode! So, to not burn up like a complete idiot at high altitudes, the player had to fire new rockets several times, steer behind the first rocket, and execute a precise jump to the next cruise missile in time.
From Junk Junction to Moisty Mire!
NoahJ456’s goal was Moisty Mire, a location in the southeast and thus at the opposite corner of the map! To survive this hellish ride, NoahJ456 had to switch rockets multiple times during the flight.
And what can I say? The daredevil actually managed it, and while the Battle Royale battle in Fortnite raged around him, he rode the rocket caravan across the map with high concentration. When he reached his destination, he was just able to perform a short victory dance before he perished in the storm that was now raging there.
But it was worth it! “Oh my God, I just really did that?!” were his last words in this match.
