After the developers of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and CoD: Warzone announced a week ago that around 50,000 cheaters in the Battle Royale have been banned, new numbers on this topic have now come out. As Infinity Ward announced on Twitter on April 13, they have now banned about 70,000 cheaters worldwide.
However commendable these measures may be to some, many still see a problem.
What is the problem? The problem lies, for some, in the fact that the measures apparently are not sufficient. While many welcome them, some also note with frustration that the exploitation of certain cheats and glitches seems to have even increased. Among them is the “Out of Bounds” glitch.
In general, cheaters and hackers are currently the biggest problem for many players and streamers in the Battle Royale mode of CoD Modern Warfare:

With the “Out of Bounds” glitch, one can glitch into areas of the massive Battle Royale map of Warzone that are either outside the playable area of the map or inside walls and between walls of buildings.
There, cheaters can not only watch other players unseen through walls due to clipping errors but also shoot at them completely protected.
Many are taken out without even seeing where the attack came from. There is no way to counter or really respond to the unfair behavior unless one cheats oneself. As numerous kill cam recordings show, whole teams often lie in wait for unsuspecting victims and rack up massive kills.
This is what the annoying glitch looks like in action: On reddit, user Cheeky-Bean posted a clip titled “Always a nice feeling when you die to someone in a f*cking wall” and received a lot of support for it.
It is clearly visible that he was shot through the ceiling and could not see his enemy at any time. The kill cam ultimately provided clarity: It was cheaters lying in wait outside the playable area and picking people off from the walls of the building.
In the over 350 comments, other users also pointed out this problem and reported similar experiences. These seem to have increasingly escalated in recent times, according to some players.
