If you want to see a trailer for Modern Warfare 3, we have just the thing for you:
Team Deathmatch
What kind of mode is this? “Team Deathmatch” is the most well-known mode in CoD. In this mode, two teams compete against each other. The team with the most kills wins. There are no other tasks to complete, only the kills count.
Who is it for? This mode is especially for players who want to warm up or casually play a round. Here you don’t have to pay much attention to tactics and can have a little fun with friends or solo.
Domination
What kind of mode is this? In “Domination”, you face a team and have to capture, defend, and hold three fixed points on the map. The team that has gained the most points through these zones wins the match.
Who is it for? Domination is also one of the modes you can play to relax. Depending on the map, opponents can be quickly taken out, and many weapon kills can be achieved. So, if you want to test a new setup, Domination would be more suitable for you.
Hardpoint
What kind of mode is this? In “Hardpoint”, both squads must try to hold a specific point on the map without any member of the opposing squad being in that area. The squad that has accrued the most points wins.
Who is it for? Hardpoint requires a good team with strong ground control. You need to know where opponents are and especially where they might strike. Not suitable for players who want to enjoy a relaxed game.
Kill Confirmed
What kind of mode is this? In “Kill Confirmed”, you must eliminate enemies in teams and collect their dropped tags. Sabotage your enemy by picking up the tags of fallen comrades to deny their kill.
Who is it for? Players who enjoy farming kills and skillfully maneuvering through the map will find themselves well suited in this mode. Players who like to hang around in Team Deathmatch will also find enjoyment in it. The two modes differ only in the mechanics of the tags.
Moshpit
What kind of mode is this? Mosh Pit is a collection of various 6v6 modes that can randomly rotate. From Team Deathmatch to Kill Confirmed, everything is included.
Who is it for? Mosh Pit is worth it for those who have no idea what they want to play and enjoy trying everything.
Merciless
What kind of mode is this? In Merciless, 3 groups of 3 players each compete against each other and try to annihilate one another. The team that can survive 3 rounds wins.
Who is it for? The mode is particularly worthwhile for players looking for short but exciting battles. Additionally, with the map vote, you can choose a location that you like.
Ground War
What kind of mode is this? This is the only large mode. You will be thrown into a large map with vehicles with a 32-player squad and have to capture zones like in Domination. The team that has collected the most points wins.
Who is it for? For any player looking for action. In Ground War, you will find plenty of fun, freedom, and especially room for tactical players or casual soldiers who want to discover something new. Mistakes can be forgiven, as many teammates can step in.
However, it can be difficult to get into a rhythm at the beginning.
Important at the end: Our list contains the modes that you can play in the beta. Please note that we will update and add to the list upon the release of Modern Warfare 3 should more modes be added.
