Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 invites you to the beta in August and September. We will show you when it starts and how to participate.
The beta of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is just around the corner and offers you the chance to take a first look at this year’s CoD installment.
Unlike in previous years, however, PlayStation players will not have early access to the beta; all platforms will start simultaneously.
Black Ops 6 Beta: Release and Preload – When does it start?
When is the beta? The beta of Black Ops 6 is divided into two weekends. There is an open beta as well as an early access beta that can only be played by pre-order customers:
Pre-order Beta – Start and End
- Start: August 30, 2024, at 7:00 PM
- End: September 4, 2024, at 7:00 PM
Open Beta – Start and End
- Start: September 6, 2024, at 6:00 PM
- End: September 9, 2024, at 6:00 PM
Is there a preload? Yes, the preload has been available since August 28.
Black Ops 6 Beta in Game Pass
How can you play the beta through Game Pass? You can play the Black Ops 6 beta through Game Pass if you have one of the following subscriptions:
- Game Pass Console – €9.99 per month
- Game Pass PC – €11.99 per month
- Game Pass Ultimate – €17.99 per month
If you have a corresponding subscription, you can simply download and play the beta. No activation code is needed.
CoD Black Ops 6 Beta Code – Do you need one?
Do you need a code to play the pre-order beta? No, unless you pre-ordered the physical edition of CoD Black Ops 6.
- Pre-order customers of the digital editions can simply download and play Black Ops 6. No code is needed.
- Also “Game Pass” subscribers do not need a code
- Pre-order customers of a physical edition need a code for registration for the Black Ops 6 beta. You will likely find the code on your retailer’s receipt.
CoD: Black Ops 6: All Beta Rewards
What rewards are available? In total, you can unlock 9 different rewards for participating in the beta. You will receive one reward when you reach a certain level – but some items depend on the beta weekend you are playing.
