Today the ROG Convention 2019 started at the Landschaftspark Duisburg Nord. For hardware fans, an interesting program featuring content about overclocking and casemodding is being showcased. But that’s not all.
What kind of convention is this? Asus launched the ROG Convention 2019 on April 12 at the Kraftzentrale Duisburg. There are several gaming stations with powerful hardware where you can enjoy gaming. We have gathered all information about the ROG Convention 2019 here for you.
What program can we expect? Visitors will find plenty of entertainment at the Kraftzentrale. There you can meet influencers or even chat with the developers of Star Citizen, who will answer questions about the game on site.
Participating in the livestream: If you couldn’t buy tickets for the event and prefer to follow the convention via stream, you can also look forward to an exciting program.

3:30 PM – Star Citizen: For space fans, this game is an important topic. You will learn how developers create an entire planet in this section. You will also see our MeinMMO head Dawid in the stream.
4:00 PM – Good Aim in Every Game (Mouse Tutorial): A precise mouse setting is important in many shooters. Learn how to configure your mouse correctly for all games here.
4:30 PM – GameStar Podcast live: You can be there live when the podcast is recorded during the stream.
5:30 PM – Fast & Fluid (Graphics Card Tutorial): The next point for hardware fans. Dawid talks with experts about how to get the maximum out of frames, hertz, and G-Sync. Learn everything about the most important configurations of monitors and graphics cards.
6:00 PM – Fade to Silence: In the evening it’s time for coop survival from the Black Forest. Here you will see Dawid handling 2-player coop.
6:30 PM – Screw Duel: Here, GameStar faces off against a prominent guest and shows who has greater self-building skills for computers. Smaller challenges complicate the assembly and provide entertainment.
8:00 PM – The Big Influencer Duel from the ROG Live Stage: In this segment, two influencer teams compete against each other.
