This week you can play Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare for a few days for free. It is a kind of demo.
One can no longer speak of a “Free Weekend” here, it is almost a whole week.
From December 15 at 7 PM to December 20 at 7 PM players on PS4 will be able to download and play Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. This is from Thursday evening to Tuesday evening our time. The download will work through the demo section in the PS Store – you should search for “Free Trial” here.
You should have 60 GB available on your hard drive; a PSN Plus membership is required for online multiplayer.
This is possible in the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare demo – and this is not
Players have access to the campaign, multiplayer mode, and also the zombie mode – but there are restrictions. Only the first two missions of the campaign can be played. The multiplayer mode is capped at level 15. And the zombies at level 3.
If players decide to buy the CoD, they will carry their progress from the demo over.
This year’s Call of Duty has sold significantly worse in box sales in the USA than its predecessor.
