Cabal 2: Free2Play MMORPG receives its largest update yet – “Calamity of War” [Update: Delayed]

A new patch is coming soon for the MMORPG Cabal 2 – it’s supposed to be bigger than all previous ones.

Cabal 2 regularly offers new content to its players in patches – each time adding a bit more. The next update titled “Calamity of War” is expected to surpass its predecessors.

The patch introduces the new zone “The Great Wall”, which players can enter starting at level 45. Here, they must make a choice and join one of three factions for which they will seek to gain dominance in the area. Depending on the level of control, players earn more experience points and gain access to special traits and abilities.

The most valuable are the various instance accesses, which can also be controlled by the three factions – the so-called “Cartels”. Those who want to visit the dungeons must first gain control over them.

But even if one is not into PvP, “Calamity of War” still offers some exciting new features, such as new world bosses or stylish gear for all classes.

Oh – and there is of course a new level cap, so that playing in the “Great Wall” has a purpose. All heroes can then reach level 50!

The patch is now available and ready for all players to enjoy.

Update: The patch was actually planned for yesterday, but due to technical issues, it has been delayed a bit. Players of Cabal 2 have since been granted a 50% bonus on all in-game currencies, including experience points, for 24 hours. They apologize for the delay. As soon as the technical difficulties are resolved, they intend to go live with the patch.
