On Tuesday, August 21, 2018, one of the most important events for gamers, Gamescom, will begin. Blizzard will also be present and has already introduced a companion app for Gamescom.
Augmented Reality at Gamescom: With the “Blizzard at Gamescom 2018” app, you can view the Blizzard area in Augmented Reality. In addition to this feature, Blizzard has announced a contest with great prizes – which ones exactly are not yet known.

If you scan certain items in the Blizzard area, you will have an “Overwatch Pachimari machine” on your smartphone. With the app, you will also have the entire schedule of Blizzard at Gamescom at a glance and an overview of the shop and offers from Blizzard.
