CoD: Black Ops 6 will, just like MW2 and MW3, offer free items and two skins that you can earn during the beta weekends. We will show you the items and how you can get them.
When does the beta start? The beta for Black Ops 6 is divided into two dates. Depending on whether you pre-ordered or want to join for free, you should note the following dates:
- Pre-order beta: August 30, 2024, at 19:00 until September 4, 2024, at 19:00
- Open beta: September 6, 2024, at 19:00 until September 9, 2024, at 19:00
If you want to secure the free rewards, you should participate on one of the dates; otherwise, you will miss them. Activision has prepared many different items that you can pack into your locker. We will now show you which ones they are.

What items can I earn? Depending on which beta you participate in, you can earn up to 2 skins and various other goodies. The following are known:
- Level 2: “Beta Tester” Animated Emblem
- Level 6: “Beta Tag” Spray
- Level 11: “No Bugs” Weapon Charm
- Level 15: “Quick Draw” Emote
- Level 20: “Squish” Westpoint Operator Skin (Can only be unlocked in the first week)
- Level 20: “Squash” Westpoint Operator Skin (Can be unlocked in any week)
- Level 23: “The Truth Lies” Loading Screen
- Level 27: “Beta Expert” Animated Calling Card
- Level 30: “Bug Smasher” Weapon Blueprint
The only special ones are the two operator skins. Sqish, the neon green skin, can only be unlocked by pre-orderers during the first beta weekend. If you’re not there, you will miss it.
How do I get the items quickly? The beta has started, and we were able to take a look and find out how to quickly earn the items. We recommend going for kills, as they reliably bring XP. Pay attention to the Domination mode, as its mechanics ensure that rounds last long enough and you have enough time to wrap up the match with many kills.
