In Black Desert, players can create the new class starting today: It is the Dark Blade. However, it starts in a week.
It was first introduced in April 2016 and then came to Korea in December. Now we finally know its German name.
People could already guess what the new class would be called in German. At first, it was thought to be the “Dark Elf,” but then “Dark Knight” emerged in English. In German, the new class will be called “Dunkelklinge.” This is stated in a press release from Kakao Games.
The Dark Blades can already be created by players starting today. Black Desert is known for its opulent character creation. Therefore, there is the possibility to spend a lot of time with the birth of the new favorite, so that there won’t be any cobbled-together makeshift Dark Blades on release day because players can’t wait to send them into battle.
Furthermore, the limit for character slots will be raised to 13. The additional slot is available for Loyalty in the shop.
The Dark Blade fights with a massive, heavy scimitar, the “War Knife.” However, she wields this heavy weapon gracefully, almost dancing around her opponents. She combines heavy attacks with ranged spells into a deadly mix. The Dark Blade comes as a free update for all players.
The class can be played starting March 1st. It originates from the realm “Kamasylvia.” The region will not be released on March 1st, but at a later date.
