The new Archer class will be playable starting December 12, 2018. However, players of Black Desert can create their own Archer now and win various prizes.
The new Archer class will be released in Black Desert next week. Players can participate in various events and grab many items. We will show you how you can receive certain rewards.
Get creative in the character editor now
In Black Desert, players usually have a week before the release of a new class to play around in the game’s character editor. On release day, you can start playing immediately. You will have exactly 7 days to shape your Archer according to your wishes.
Free character slot: Until December 12, you can purchase a character slot for the Archer for 1 loyalty point. Players receive 100 loyalty points for logging in every day. This is a currency with which they can buy certain items in the game’s premium shop.
With this decision, Kakao Games seems to have listened to the players’ criticism. They had criticized that there was no free character slot for the last class, Lahn, and that players had to buy one instead.
Rewards for creating the Archer
You can pre-register for the class on the official Archer website. For this, you will receive
- 2 gold bars of 100G, which you can convert into silver,
- a blessing from Kamalsilve for 7 days, which increases your loot chance, and
- 3 event scrolls: loot that increases your loot rate.
Useful items at the start: Additionally, there are rewards if you create your Archer before December 12. These include many practical items.
- You will receive a free inventory expansion of 8 slots. Additionally, your character can carry 50 LT more. An increased carrying capacity and a larger inventory are very practical in Black Desert.
- You will receive an accessory box: Asula, with which you can equip your Archer immediately.
- A Valk’s blessing will arrive in your inventory. This item increases the chance of successfully enhancing your equipment.
- Two gold bars of 100G can be converted into silver or stored.
- And a horse flute for 7 days, which allows you to call your horse from up to 500 meters away.
The items will be delivered to you by mail in the game starting December 12.
Show your Archer and win a complete costume set with a bit of luck
Take a photo and win: In parallel to these other events, a photo competition is starting. Players can submit a picture of their created Archer and win various prizes. To do this, you must create your individual sharpshooter in character creation. Winners will be determined in the unique and other categories. So go wild and create a unique Archer.
Then open the album and take a photo, to which you must give a title. Choose one of the available categories, such as beautiful, unique, or ugly, and save the image.
With a bit of luck, your Archer will win one of 7 clothing sets and the item Merv’s Palette, which allows you to dye your clothing as many times as you want during the period.
