In Fortnite: Battle Royale, many pros agree on what the perfect loadout is for battle. But the best player in the world sees it differently.
What happened? In a joint match with pro gamers Tfue, Chap, Nate Hill, and Tennp0, a discussion broke out about the perfect weapon loadout in Fortnite. At the beginning of the discussion, SMGs were mentioned as an alternative to assault rifles.
After that, it was suggested that one should take two assault rifles as the optimum. A heavy assault rifle and a SCAR. The heavy rifle (the AK) is strong and good at range. The SCAR, on the other hand, has a better rate of fire. The third slot should be occupied by a shotgun for close combat. This way, one would be optimally prepared for any combat situation.
Tfue dissed teammates over loadout
This is how Tfue reacted to the loadout idea: When he heard that his teammate was using two assault rifles, Tfue became somewhat snappy, as in his opinion, it was complete nonsense:
“Wait, you’re using an AK and a SCAR? Okay, my mistake, I thought you were smart. You need a shotgun and an assault rifle, that’s all! And the only time you would use an SMG in a tournament is when you find no loot!”
Is there even a general meta in Fortnite? Tfue sees no reason to waste valuable inventory space on an additional assault rifle. And submachine guns are just trash anyway.
In general, the pros do not agree on what the perfect meta loadout is. Some claim that combinations like the hand cannon and rockets are optimal.
Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference for what the perfect gear in Fortnite is for you.
What’s your idea of the perfect loadout? Do you prefer the Tfue setup or do you have something else in your inventory?
