Skyforge is an online role-playing game with a fresh scenario. Instead of taking on the role of a dwarf or elf, you play as a true god in this MMO. Although you are merely a lesser variant of the great gods, you still have a lot to offer as a lesser god.

In Skyforge, there is the so-called “Ascension Atlas” that allows you to constantly redefine your character. The Atlas is a collection of various active and passive skills and resembles the talent trees found in classic online games. During the game, you define the strength of your character in this vast Atlas.

At the beginning of the game, however, you must choose one of a total of 10 different character classes. For example, you can fight as a Paladin and unleash holy blows on your enemies. As an Ice Mage, you are the master of frost skills and can slow down and freeze enemies. There are numerous classes in Skyforge, all of which have unique skills. However, classes are not as fixed as you might think. You can switch between classes at any time in the game and always take on a new role. Are you tired of being a healer? Then you can be trained in a matter of seconds as a ranged fighter who takes out enemies with powerful firearms.

Exciting battles with action-based strikes

Skyforge has a very dynamic combat system and does not let players mindlessly press button combinations. Instead, you need to react to situations and always stay aware. In Skyforge, you must perform combo attacks by executing light and heavy attacks. You initiate these with your left and right mouse buttons. As you progress through the game, you unlock new combinations in the Atlas that you can then use in combat. Sometimes you roll forward after two strikes, other times a skill is performed after the third or fourth strike – the impact of the combos depends entirely on your skill.

Magical classes, on the other hand, can trigger area effects with combo attacks. As an Ice Mage, it is crucial that you always stay in motion. If a foe threatens to get too close, you need to roll backward to evade attacks.
