The MMORPG MapleStory is receiving not just one, but two updates this summer!
MapleStory keeps going and going. This 2D side-scrolling MMORPG, especially popular in Asia, offers a somewhat different gaming experience compared to “traditional” MMORPGs. The fact that you find yourself in a 3D world, but can only move like in a side-scroller or jump ‘n run, changes the game and makes it a new experience. And that continues to resonate with fans.
New skills, bosses, and areas in summer 2017
It is clear that the developers are also regularly working on new updates. This summer, two updates are set to be released:
- Override: Evolve is coming in June and brings skills for the fifth job expansion – and for all classes. Additionally, the Legion system will be revamped, the Omega Sector will be optimized, and new maps and bosses will find their way into the game.
- In July, Override: Venture will follow, where you will be sent to the planet Eluna to work in the mines. You will also explore a new area called Arcana and experience a story revolving around the mysterious Spirit Tree. MapleStory fans can look forward to an exciting summer!
