New Blasters, Maps, and Heroes in the Battlefront DLC “Bespin”
Even long after the original release, EA’s shooter “Star Wars: Battlefront” is continuously supplied with new content. Some of this is free, while others come in the form of paid DLCs.
According to the official announcement, the DLC “Bespin” will be released on June 21 for all Season Pass owners. Those who want to buy the DLC separately will have to wait another two weeks and will only enjoy the new content starting July 5. But what kind of content is it actually?
With the expansion, two new blasters find their way into the game, the X-8 Night Sniper and the EE-4 Blaster, which should satisfy both close and long-range fighters. With two new maps, Cloud City (from the cover image) and the Administrator’s Palace, Republicans and Imperials should be busy for a while.
In addition, there are 2 new characters: Dengar, the scoundrel, is the first character with a heavy blaster and will make life hell for his enemies. Lando is also adept with the blaster, but uses tricks to gain an advantage on the battlefield.
In the coming weeks, more details about the various content, such as star cards, weapons, and game modes will be released. EA may use the E3 date for this.
