There are reports of a bug that occurs when you finish a match. This bug prevents the modes from being accessible. To fix the bug, you just need to restart your client. A bit annoying, but at least there is a temporary fix (Source: discord.com).
11:55 AM
If you get kicked from a match now, you enter a queue with up to 70,000 players. However, this queue is processed quickly and only a few minutes of waiting time are needed to log back in.
10:38 AM
There may be various problems during your rounds. You might experience a disconnect and have to log in again. In the worst case, you find yourself in a queue with over 200,000 players waiting, like one of our acquaintances. However, our servers are still stable. We are crossing our fingers for you!
10:32 AM
Do you want to secure a beta key for the closed beta? Then feel free to check out these Twitch streamers:
How you can get a key from these streamers has been summarized for you in a guide:
10:20 AM
In less than 20 minutes, Battlefield 6 on Steam reached over 200,000 players, and the trend is rising. The servers also seem to be stable at the moment. It remains to be seen how high the player influx will be in the open beta. We suspect it will be gigantic (Source: steamdb.info)
10:06 AM
In my first match, everything is running smoothly. There are only isolated small stutters, but otherwise, Battlefield 6 plays pleasantly. The weapons feel good, the explosions are brutal, and my skills in Battlefield are, as always, miserable, but otherwise, it’s fun!
10:00 AM
The modes are now unlocked, and we are already in the player search for conquest. The matchmaking is very fast, and we are already in the loading screen.
09:38 AM
We also have access to our equipment, where we can customize our classes and select weapons. No new weapons were added in the beta, so you can expect the same selection, that we have listed in our weapon list.
09:32 AM
DICE has also planned challenges for you, through which you can earn rewards. The following are available:
- Reach Rank 10
- Reward: Player Card Background “Lights Out”
- Reach Rank 10
- Reward: Character Skin “Rising Star”
- Reach Rank 20
- Reward: Weapon Charm “Nightmare”
- Achieve kills from less than 10 meters with the Assault Class (50 kills)
- Reward: Weapon Configuration “Attack Distance”
- Revives as Support Class (100 revives)
- Reward: Weapon Sticker “I Master the Night”
- Repair vehicle health with the Engineer Class (3,000 units)
- Reward: Weapon Sticker “After Dark”
- Spot players with the Recon Kit (300 players)
- Reward: Character Skin “Tracker”
09:18 AM
Regarding queues on PC, they are non-existent. Our shooter expert Dariusz and I logged in on two different PCs and were able to access the menu without any queues.
In the menu, we now have access to the bulletin board with messages, the training ground with shooting range, and the mode “Breakthrough Introduction”, as well as the section “Featured”.
In “Featured”, various modes are displayed that fans can start at 10:00 AM. These include:
- Conquest
- Conquest (Weapon Limitation)
- Breakthrough
- Domination
08:53 AM
The rush is huge already. A player on Reddit reports on the queue he currently sees in the menu. There are 52,260 players in line before he can access the servers.

Beta Launch: Issues with Boot and Beta Keys
I can’t start Battlefield 6, why? You have linked your account with EA, redeemed your beta key, and are ready to log into Battlefield 6, but … The game won’t start. Annoying, but there is a good reason – Secure Boot. Battlefield 6 requires you to boot your PC in secure mode.
Fortunately, our guide expert Alexander Schneider can briefly explain in his overview how to perform secure boot in a few steps. Just follow his steps:
Are beta keys still available? The first keys for the closed beta were granted during the multiplayer reveal via Twitch drops – but that has been a while ago. If you are one of the few who missed the stream and are still looking for a key, don’t worry. There are still some ways to get a closed beta key.
One option is the official X account of Battlefield. There, short clips are shared showing keys that you can redeem, but you have to be quick; otherwise, they are gone.
Another source is again codes that you can get through Twitch. However, these will only be distributed after the launch, when streamers and other players can jump into Battlefield 6. You can find more details in our overview: Battlefield 6 gives you another chance to participate in the early access, and you hardly have to do anything for it
