In Battlefield 5 the Battle Royale mode Firestorm is finally here. The notorious streamer Dr. Disrespect has previously viewed it with suspicion. But now he is excited about the new mode.
This was the Doc’s attitude: DrDisrespect is a character that plays and streams Battle Royale games in a disrespectful way, styled as a trollish guy with a mullet hairstyle and a porn mustache.
The “Doc” is usually critical and offensive, rarely giving credit to things he doesn’t like. Even with Firestorm, the brand new Battle Royale mode for the online shooter Battlefield 5, he was initially skeptical.
“I saw several warnings,” the Doc stated. He did not specify what things he was unhappy with in his current stream.
Firestorm is much better than expected
This is the Doc’s new opinion: After some rounds in Firestorm, the Doc was surprisingly tame and positive:
“Now that I have played it, I actually had a lot of fun. To be honest, it’s really intense! The battles feel really intense. The looting is a bit wobbly, but I like the design overall, as well as the speed of the game.”

The game, according to the Doc, would feel like his former favorite PUBG if it were an optimized AAA title.
This is what the fans say: The Doc is still alone in his opinion. Many players of Battlefield 5 are enthusiastic about the Firestorm mode. They praise the map design, the tanks, and the intense gameplay that the Doc also enjoys.
However, many fans are also bothered by the strange looting and the fact that the popular duo game mode is not available permanently.
What is your opinion on Firestorm? Do you see it like the Doc or are you not impressed and would rather stick to PUBG, Fortnite, or Apex Legends?
