Good entertainment was provided during the Battlefield 1 testing phase not only through the gameplay, but also through funny glitches.
The beta of Battlefield 1 was the most successful beta in all of EA’s history. Over 13 million players tried the game during the open testing phase and scrutinized it. Since the game was not yet completed, players found bugs and glitches in various situations that were entertaining. A parody video by CrowbCat amusingly summarizes the glitches of the alpha and beta phases of Battlefield 1.
Glitches in World War I
The video summarizes the various glitches that could be found on Youtube and other platforms. It features horses that suddenly appear frozen in mid-air, or soldiers who sprint while crawling. Others literally tried to go head-first through walls. Especially interesting, aside from the breakdancing movements of the soldiers, are the tanks that also showcased their athletic side.
