From now on, you can find the Armored Kill game mode at Battlefield 1. In this mode for Private Games, there are advantages for tank lovers.
In the various game modes of Battlefield 1, you can choose battles according to your preferred play style. In addition to the well-known Team Deathmatch, there are also more specialized modes like Carrier Pigeons, where you need to release a certain number of pigeons to win the battle. Under the “Private Games” tab, you can now select the Tank Kill mode, which is a special playstyle for the Conquest mode.
Armored Kill in Battlefield 1
Two special details characterize the Tank Kill mode in Battlefield 1.
- No Snipers: This mode does not include snipers.
- Tanks spawn faster: After a tank is destroyed, significantly less time passes before a new tank appears on the map.

Snipers have a bad reputation among many players in the Battlefield 1 community. A recent thread on Reddit reminds us that even scout players have other tasks besides camping on hills. You can help your team by playing objectives or revealing enemies with flares. Many scout players focus on the wrong targets and end up with few points at the bottom of the team rankings. To spare yourself the frustration with snipers, there are no snipers in this game mode.
The change in tank spawn times does not mean that more vehicles are present on the map at the same time. The total number of vehicles that are on the map at the same time remains the same. Only the spawn times are reduced.
