Today, on 15.11.2016, there will be a server downtime on all Battlefield 1 platforms. When and why the servers are down, we will show you here.
As developer DICE confirmed, there will be a scheduled server maintenance today. At various times, the servers of the individual platforms PS4, Xbox One, and PC will be unreachable. The reasons include preparations for the November event “Battlefest”, bug fixes, and possibly new features.

Battlefield 1 Server offline PS4, Xbox One, PC
Here we will show you the time windows in which the maintenance work is planned. Similar to last time, the platforms will go offline one after the other. During this time, the update will be activated.
- Battlefield 1 PC downtime on 15.11: The PC servers will be offline from 9:00 AM for about an hour.
- Battlefield 1 PS4 downtime on 15.11: The PlayStation 4 servers will be offline from 11:00 AM for about an hour.
- Battlefield 1 Xbox One downtime on 15.11: The Xbox One servers will be offline from 1:00 PM for about an hour.
Whether the servers will be offline for less or more than an hour is currently hard to say. So expect that the servers will be unreachable for at least 1 hour for the respective platform.
Battlefield 1 Patch notes for 15.11.2016
Although there have been no exact Battlefield 1 patch notes for today’s update so far, the developers have already confirmed that the rent-a-server feature will be activated as part of this update. On Twitter, the official Battlefield account has also pointed out that on Wednesday, 16.11 (tomorrow), the Battlefest event starts. While the servers are down, you can take a look at what is planned during Battlefest for Battlefield 1.
