In the single-player mode of Battlefield 1, there are cool missions and an engaging story. Additionally, 66 field manuals have been hidden in the game for you to find. For finding the books, you will be rewarded with achievements. We will show you with the help of videos where you can find the field manuals hidden in the 5 campaigns.
The locations of all field manuals
Since a field manual in Battlefield 1 is not easy to find, we will show you the locations through videos. These videos come from the channel of PowerPyx. With the help of the listed timecodes, we will show you when you can see the respective field manuals in the video. The books are collectibles, and finding one during a battle saves the progress immediately. Even if you die during the campaign or after finding a field manual, the progress of the books is not lost. Additionally, every 5th field manual that you find in a mission unlocks a codex entry. These entries are important for other achievements.
Achievements
- Bookworm: The 1st field manual you find will unlock the achievement Bookworm for you. You will receive +10 Gamerscore and a Bronze Trophy.
- Enough for a Library: To get this achievement, you must find all field manuals within the campaign. You will receive +80 Gamerscore and a Gold Trophy.
