Battleborn received a major update and it includes a new PvE story mission with hero Attikus, the PvP mode “Face Off” and spooky skins for Halloween. A great reason to check out the Gearbox hero shooter again.
There are new contents for Battleborn. Currently, the bombs-sparrow Ernest is the newest hero, but even without new characters, there are numerous innovations. Those who own the Season Pass for Battleborn can now start the new PvE adventure “Attikus and the Rebellion of the Serfs”. In this, we reenact an important episode from the life of the mighty warrior Attikus, who instigated a rebellion of his peers on the planet Tempest. Those without a Season Pass for Battleborn can also purchase the episode for 4.99 euros or invest 20 euros in the pass to grab all current and future contents.
PvP and PvE at once!
As another innovation, we can look forward to a new game mode in PvP. This is called “Face Off” and is available for all players for free. In Face Off, the goal is to eliminate as many Varelsi enemies as possible and stuff their masks into a central depot. The opponent has the same objective and fierce battles ensue for the favor of destroying the poor enemies. They naturally also fight back fiercely, resulting in a spectacular chaos of carnage and destruction.
