The MMO Atlantica Online is switching publishers. Instead of Nexon, Valofe will take over soon.
Atlantica Online is one of those games that are not quite among the mainstream MMOs of the first row that are constantly reported on, but almost. Because Atlantica Online is considered one of the leading games in the second row of free-to-play games. It relies on a unique approach with turn-based battles and “group-based” troops, so to speak. But it has already been around for a few years.
Now there’s a statement from Nexon Europe. They say: It has been 7 great years in Germany, but now they are coming to an end. We’re out, we will hand over the game to the publisher “Valofe”. They are known through games like S4 League
Anyone who wants to continue playing Atlantica Online will have to transfer their account to the new operator. The switch is supposed to take place “this autumn”. A detailed schedule and further details will be announced by Nexon later.
