When thinking of a tank online game, World of Tanks certainly comes to mind first. However, Armored Warfare by Obsidian Entertainment should not be underestimated.
The developers have now released a new video that introduces the PvE mode of the online game. Because Armored Warfare wouldn’t be an Obsidian game if it didn’t have an interesting story. And you can follow this story in the PvE mode, while of course also engaging in team battles in PvP.
How heavy should it be?
Three difficulty levels are available for PvE missions: Easy, Medium, and Hard. Depending on the chosen level, you will encounter more and smarter enemies. The opponents will use more sophisticated tactics and deploy more powerful vehicles and weapons. In the mission screen, you can not only select the available missions but also the difficulty level.
The introductory phase of each mission gives you an overview of the primary and secondary objectives as well as a description of the background, location, and enemies. You must achieve the objectives within a certain time limit, and each mission can only be successfully completed if you have fulfilled all primary objectives. Those who also achieve secondary objectives secure additional rewards.
Fulfill the objectives!
Among the objectives are, for example, capturing a target location, destroying a target, protecting a target, or preventing enemies from capturing a target location. Missions are assigned to you by an agent, who also informs you about changing mission objectives and announces enemy assault waves and other events. At the end of the missions, the agent summarizes the results and hands you your rewards.
The PvE mode in the online game Armored Warfare can be completed both as a team and solo.
