The survival MMO ARK Survival Evolved will receive Patch 1.11 today on PS4, introducing the Tek Tier. This was confirmed by lead designer Jeremy Stieglitz in a tweet.
Update: It has just been confirmed that Patch 1.11 for PlayStation 4 is coming today. Studio WildCard will release the update today (Thursday) at 5:00 PM, which will bring players the Tek Tier and the Valentine’s Event. The Valentine’s Event will be running a bit longer as a balance. Lead designer Jeremy Stieglitz confirmed this in a tweet.

ARK PS4 Patch 1.11 German Time – Brings Tek Tier
The ARK PS4 Patch 1.11 will be released today Thursday at 5:00 PM German time. The patch brings the Tek Tier, new hairstyle options, the Valentine’s Event, and new dinos.
The Tek Tier is supposed to signal the endgame in ARK Survival Evolved. The next big step will be the full release. The Tek Tier includes futuristic technologies such as lasers and teleporters. It was released on PC on January 30 and on Xbox One as planned on February 14. For PS4, the certification process appeared to take longer than the studio had hoped.
