Well, these are some good news for Trion Worlds: The interest in ArcheAge is so great during the Alpha that they have climbed to number 2 on Twitch and need to upgrade their hardware! Given the hefty prices for the founder packages, this was not necessarily expected. For around €135, you get the coveted Alpha access. Trion’s CEO Scott Hartsman is of course very happy about this development and thanks the players, through whom they could test the hardware extensively.
So, Trion has already had to expand the server capacity twice since the beginning of the Alpha to accommodate three times the number of characters per server. Additionally, the development team is already working towards a new Alpha version, a beta testing phase, and the release.
That definitely sounds good, right? If only it were already that far…
