Brigitte’s release on the Overwatch servers is likely not far off. She has already been playable on the PTR for a few days now. Here you can see all her skins and highlight intros to prepare – and a little easter egg.
Brigitte will be the next support character in the hero shooter Overwatch. She adds to the roster as another supporter and is said to shake up the meta according to many pro gamers.
What is interesting for players besides her abilities: What does she actually look like? Like every hero, Brigitte naturally receives cosmetics that range from simple color changes in her default armor to other skins and highlight intros.
Brigitte’s Skins – From Ikea to Dark Souls
Brigitte currently has 10 different skins and her default skin available on the PTR. Among them are 4 simple recolors, two epic, and four legendary skins. The alternative colors traditionally have names like “Grön” or “Plommon”, which simply mean the color in Swedish – or the designation of the armor in the Ikea shelf.
Her epic skins are a bit more complex. In the Ironclad skin, Brigitte has a sooty face and wears a welding mask. Also, the armor looks somewhat worn – surprisingly elaborate for an epic skin. “Kohlefaser” is a black recolor in carbon fiber look.
The legendary skins do not differ much from the standard version as with many other heroes. “Mechanic” and “Ingenieurin” at least give Brigitte a proper pair of overalls, a toolbox, and safety glasses. Just like dad.
“Máni” and “Sol” strongly resemble their boss Reinhardt, from whom the armors are likely inspired. Both could also easily pass as Dark Souls cosplay – assuming Brigitte enjoys praising the sun in her free time.

Brigitte’s Highlight Intros, Emotes, and Overwatch League Skins
A brief preview in motion as well as an overview of her highlight intros, emotes, and quotes has been uploaded by YouTuber Gamer for Eternity.
Additionally, Brigitte will also receive a skin from each team of the Overwatch League. These are not purchasable on the PTR yet, but will likely cost 100 League Points at release.
Brigitte’s Easter Eggs – References to Reinhardt and Zarya
Additionally, some Easter eggs are hidden in Brigitte’s cosmetics. She has a spray that references corresponding sprays from Zarya and Reinhardt. Both have a well-known combo spray where they arm-wrestle when both players place the spray exactly. The corresponding spray from Brigitte fits in there as well, but she seems to have greater problems against Reinhardt than Zarya.
