Yellow Lightsabers

What does the yellow color mean? In Legends, it was mainly temple guards who wielded yellow lightsabers. They were supposed to protect the Jedi Temple and Coruscant.
Similar to the orange lightsabers, it can be assumed that not only classic Jedi ideals and abilities are used. Asajj Ventress, like Ahsoka, is also a character that embodies both the light and dark sides of the Force. In Rebels, temple guards were seen using a yellow double lightsaber.
The Darksaber
Known users: Darth Maul, Bo-Katan, Din Djarin, Moff Gideon
What does the black color mean? The Darksaber is a Mandalorian artifact created by the first Jedi Mandalorian. It holds cultural significance for the Mandalorians. The sword has been passed down by the rulers of the Mandalorians.
The Darksaber looks similar to real swords, with a pointed tip. Similar to the crystals, the Darksaber user must bond with the sword and establish a connection with it. In The Mandalorian, the sword has prominent appearances, but it was already shown in The Clone Wars. (via Wookiepedia)
