Soul Musician / Beat Performer

What kind of class is this? The Soul Musician is the newest class in the game and participates as a healer in combat. Armed with an electric guitar, this class is somewhat akin to a modern bard. On the website, the class is still referred to as Beat Performer; however, in the beta, its name was Soul Musician. The two specializations differ in the off-heal specialization “Dissonance” and the fully healing-oriented specialization “Concerto”.
While one might struggle to accomplish anything without a group without the “Dissonance” specialization, the “Concerto” specialization is perfect as a group healer for raids, world bosses, and whenever personal damage isn’t a priority.
Where do the strengths and weaknesses lie? The class offers a unique feature, as in the offensive heal specialization “Dissonance”, it acts as a half melee character. At about 3-5 meters distance from the boss, allies can be healed with this specialization while still dealing damage.
This also means more abilities from enemies must be avoided compared to the “Concerto” specialization, which operates at over 10 meters distance from the boss and faces less threat of being attacked.
As a pure healer in the “Concerto” specialization, you can continuously support your allies with healing and buffs during long battles, maintaining a more passive healing flow. This class works well with a Shield Knight as the tank, who can quickly hit the heal button in case of emergencies.
