The developers of the MMORPG Albion Online have released a new video discussing the upcoming Darian update and Beta Phase 2.
The Darian update will introduce a lot of new spells to the MMORPG Albion Online. This aims to enhance the battles. Currently, they are attempting to create new concepts and possibilities for the fights with the new spells and are experimenting a lot. Among them are area spells like a fire roll that rolls towards enemies and ignites anyone it touches.
Many revisions
Additionally, work is currently underway on a revision of the Morgana faction in the game. With the Darian update, they will revise the mobs, give them new abilities, and introduce new creatures. The revisions aim to make the battles more dynamic, so that there is more movement in the game and opponents do not just stand face to face. Creatures will now also drop special decoration items that belong to the opponent’s faction. This allows players to decorate their area accordingly.
A new world
With Beta Phase 2, they will introduce the new world that is currently being built. For this, they have hired new level designers who are currently creating the new game world of the MMO. Beta Phase 2 is set to begin this summer. The new world will be divided into five biomes, including mountains, highlands, steppes, forests, and swamps. Work has now begun on creating the swamp biome. Everything is being completely revamped, and they will not revise old maps but rather recreate the world from scratch. Each biome is intended to feel different, play differently, and have its own characteristics.
Moreover, they are working on the game economy by allowing items to be dismantled to discover how they were made, instead of simply selling them. You can watch the interesting video with the developers about all the upcoming changes to the MMORPG Albion Online directly here:
