After 91.3 billion felled opponents, a co-op shooter for Warhammer 40k is still not done with you

The developers of Warhammer: 40,000 Darktide are celebrating a special anniversary for their fantasy game “Vermintide.” In line with the celebrations, they have now revealed a small roadmap that you might find very exciting.

What kind of anniversary is that? Fatshark, the developers of Darktide, are celebrating the 10th anniversary of Vermintide – the fantasy variant of the coop shooter. Accordingly, the developers have published a video on YouTube, listing various statistics from both games.

These statistics show all achieved kills, mission completions, defeats, and much more. In addition to the extraordinary values, there was a surprise for the fans at the end of the video, as a small roadmap for both games was revealed, promising new content.

New content is coming soon

What new features can I expect? The video shows a small roadmap for Darktide and Vermintide. This includes 3 content drops for both games, scheduled to be released from October to December. You can find the graphical representation of the roadmap here:

  • Reveal of a new class (November 11, 2025)
  • Free update & special event (December 2, 2025)
• For Vermintide 2

  • Return to the Reik – New & free level (November 20, 2025)
  • Gifts of the Wolf-Father – In-game event (December 9, 2025)

The most exciting part of the roadmap is the new class for Darktide and the new map for Vermintide. Which new playable character you can expect in the coop shooter is still unclear. There are currently no details about it. So you’ll have to be patient for a few more weeks.
