Faker was asked what his next chapter would be. The LoL player responded that he wants to continue to give his best as a professional, as he is under contract until at least 2029. Furthermore, Faker spoke about his health. Before Worlds 2025, he did a health check and revealed that his well-being has deteriorated compared to previous examinations.

Why does Faker want to take better care of his health? Faker believes that health directly affects performance and therefore wants to keep a closer eye on his health in the coming year.
He also mentions the attitude as a professional or gamer in general, as with age he thinks more about health, especially when one is constantly in a position in front of a screen.
Faker may let fans decide which Worlds skin he gets
What did Faker say about his Worlds 2025 skin? Every player who wins the LoL Worlds receives a special skin. In the same interview where Faker talked about his health, he was also asked if he would finally get a skin for the champion Galio. Faker couldn’t say much about it, but he is likely to let the fans decide again.
Last year, he did not choose the skin himself. The choice fell on Yone despite his decisive plays with Galio at Worlds 2024. Furthermore, Faker’s Galio is the reason for the “Galio trauma” of the pro player Xiahou, which a German player later exploited against him.
How many skins would this be for Faker? Since every player who wins the Worlds receives a skin, Faker has already gained six skins through the World Championships alone. Additionally, there is another one for winning the MVP award. He was also the first player in the Hall of Legends and received three skins at once.
That would make a total of 10 skins just for Faker. Interestingly, he almost never plays with an alternate look for champions, except in 2014 when a tournament staff accidentally selected a skin.
