The MMORPG AdventureQuest 3D can now be played in an open beta.
Not every MMORPG fan may have heard of AdventureQuest 3D, even though the game was funded through a successful Kickstarter campaign and had already gained many fans beforehand. The MMO is based on the Flash RPG series AdventureQuest but has now become a full-fledged MMORPG. The developers wanted to retain the comic style known from the flash games, which makes AdventureQuest 3D’s visuals quite similar to World of Warcraft.
Play when and where you want
The online role-playing game is cross-platform capable, which means you can play it either on PC or on a tablet or smartphone. In all versions, you log into the same account. So if you’ve played on PC and are now on the go for a while, you just take your smartphone, log into the game, and continue playing. Or you grab your tablet in the evening on the couch and continue playing from there without having to turn on the PC.
AdventureQuest 3D offers a large, persistent world where you can experience many adventures together with your friends. You explore dark dungeons, trade in large cities, get quests from NPCs, and battle other players in a PvP arena. Many missions can also be completed alone, but there are also large tasks that can only be completed in a group. Randomly generated dungeons and random events should provide plenty of variety. Crafting, pets, and housing are also included.
A developing world
The developers of the MMORPG have announced that they want to regularly provide new content, which will change and develop the world over time. But you can find this out for yourself when you register for the open beta on the official website and just try it out. The MMORPG uses a free-to-play model.
