A trainer in Pokémon GO has completed an impressive collection. And this is neither his first nor his last of this kind.
In Pokémon GO, there are various goals that a trainer can pursue. While some focus on the battle aspect and strive for ever stronger monsters and teams in raids or the battle league, other players concentrate on the collecting aspect.
So does a trainer who shared pictures of his impressive collection on Reddit. And this is already the second time.
The perfect Pokédex!
What kind of collection has the trainer completed? The trainer has taken it upon himself to create a complete Living Dex with shiny lucky Pokémon from the Johto region. Living Dex means that he owns all specimens from the Johto region, including all evolutions.
He has, for example, not only a Typhlosion, the final form of the evolutionary line, in his collection, but also a Cyndaquil, a Quilava, and a Typhlosion.
All his monsters are not only shiny but also lucky Pokémon. To obtain lucky Pokémon, you need to be very lucky during a trade. There are also 35 guaranteed lucky trades if you trade Pokémon caught in 2019 or earlier. Additionally, you can receive a lucky Pokémon if you are lucky friends with a trainer.
Completing the entire collection takes quite some time and dedication.

Which monsters are missing from the collection? As the trainer states in his post, he possesses Celebi as a shiny, but not as a lucky Pokémon in the collection. This is because Celebi is a mythical creature. These cannot be traded in Pokémon GO. Thus, there is also no way to obtain the creature as a lucky Pokémon.
How many Shundos are in the collection? As the trainer reports, he has not a single Shundo Pokémon in the entire Johto collection. A Shundo is a creature that is both shiny and has the maximum IVs of 15 Attack, 15 Defense, and 15 HP.
What is the trainer doing now? Next, the trainer wants to upgrade all Pokémon from his Johto Dex to best buddy. However, he states that he believes it will take some more time and that he will not finish this before the end of the year.
And also the next Pokédex in this form is already on his agenda: he wants to tackle the Hoenn Dex, the Pokédex of the 3rd generation, next. This would then be the 3rd Pokédex in this form, as he has previously completed the Kanto Pokédex in this manner, as can be seen in another post on Reddit.
