This week, the MMORPG Embers Adrift celebrated its first anniversary. Accordingly, there are plenty of rewards. We also analyzed the current situation of Final Fantasy XIV and of course gathered news about WoW, Lost Ark, New World, and more.
The highlights of the week:
- The PvE MMORPG Embers Adrift is completely free to play from now until November 5. To celebrate the first birthday, you even get all subscription bonuses for free.
- Final Fantasy XIV was overrun by players a few months ago, but today the servers are reportedly empty – How bad is it really for the MMORPG?
The story of the week: The Twitch streamer Blue_Squadron was a teacher in the USA until recently. Then his former guild sent clips from his streams to the school administration. As a result, he was fired and will now only work as a content creator.
This week in the podcast: In their own podcast MMO News, MeinMMO editors Alexander Leitsch and Mark Sellner discuss the most important news about MMORPGs. Topics included Aion 2, the new expansion of New World, an upcoming patch for Lost Ark, and the endless dungeon in ESO.
