The release of Pokémon Legends Z-A is approaching and everyone who buys the game in the upcoming months will receive a very special Mega Pokémon for free, without having to search for the item.
From October 16, 2025, trainers can dive into the new Pokémon Legends Z-A. Although there is some criticism of the game, especially regarding the technical aspects, many fans are looking forward to a new Pokémon adventure. One of the key features is the return of Mega Evolutions.

How to obtain Trasla? On the official website, the Pokémon Company advertises the pre-order bonus. Theoretically, you don’t have to have traditionally pre-ordered the game for this, because you have until February 28, 2026, to collect the Trasla with Guardavorite.
In the mystery gift feature of Legends Z-A, you simply have to go to Receive via Internet
. Nintendo provides the following information:
- You need an internet connection and a Nintendo account (No online subscription).
- According to the website, it takes about an hour before you can use the mystery gift feature.
- It doesn’t matter whether you have the digital or physical edition.
- If you already have a Guardavoirnit, you will receive the Trasla without.
It is also mentioned that you can obtain the Guardevoirnit regularly in the game, so you don’t have to rush if you want to wait.
What kind of Trasla is this? According to Serebii, the nature and gender of the Pokémon are random. Additionally, it is said to know the moves Confusion, Howl, Meteor Beam, and Echoed Voice. You cannot yet evolve the Trasla into Mega-Guardevoir in battle. For that, you first have to evolve it:
- Trasla evolves into Kirlia at level 20
- Kirlia evolves into Guardevoir at level 30
After that, you can evolve Guardevoir into Mega-Guardevoir in battle, but it is currently unclear when this is possible in the game. However, if you pick up the Trasla early, you can use the Mega-Guardevoir directly at level 30, without searching for a Mega Stone. So take it with you early and level it up within the story.
If you prefer to evolve Trasla into a Gallade, you must hope to get a male one. However, it can be assumed that there will also be other Traslas. If necessary, you can breed new ones with your own.
