The film was produced by Sam Raimi, known to horror fans primarily for the Evil Dead series. The direction was taken by Brian Netto and Adam Schindler, both of whom are still relatively unknown.
Iris, played by Kelsey Asbille, wants to take her life after her son dies in an accident. Just before it happens, she meets Richard, played by Finn Wittrock. He stops her, but as it turns out, he is a serial killer.
Iris tries to escape from him, but he has administered a poison that paralyzes her in 30 minutes. Slowly, she loses the ability to move and speak.
