Soon, the anime MMORPG Blue Protocol: Star Resonance will launch on Steam. Now, the developers have released the new trailer and immediately thrilled the fans.
What kind of game is it? Blue Protocol: Star Resonance is an anime MMORPG that evolved from the former Blue Protocol by Bandai Namco. The former game flopped and was discontinued, after which the rights were sold. The new developers revamped the MMORPG significantly, redesigning classes, the game world, and the systems, changing almost everything.
The MMORPG is set to launch in the West on October 9 and will be available for free on Steam, Epic Games, iOS, and Android. To give the world a good impression of the colorful anime MMORPG, the developers released a trailer in line with the launch:

What can be seen in the trailer? The trailer shows the main characters of Blue Protocol: Star Resonance, who players will get to know in the main story. They accompany the character through the story, which is structured like an anime.
What stands out are the colorful outfits and mounts that can partially be purchased in-game to make one’s character look as appealing as possible.
Also highlighted in the trailer is the redesigned game world in comparison to its predecessor, which looks particularly beautiful in line with the theme when the characters fly through it. Players will also be able to glide through the world in the MMORPG using a gliding function like in the video.
How are fans reacting to the trailer? Western fans have high expectations for the MMORPG. For them, the trailer ends the long wait for the Western release, which began for many with the original Blue Protocol. Players like @Dragoon-g6e comment on YouTube: “Finally, after 6 years of waiting”.

Blue Protocol: Star Resonance is well-suited for players looking for two hours of fun daily in an MMORPG or who enjoy immersing themselves in anime worlds. However, those looking for the next WoW, FFXIV, or Guild Wars 2 will be disappointed.
The MMORPG offers a compact charge of fun, featuring interesting dungeons, raids, world bosses, and social features. At the same time, it sets clear limits, and it soon becomes apparent when one is done with the game for the day.
It will be interesting to see if the developers have adjusted the auto-navigation, auto-combat, gacha, and pay-to-win features following the negative feedback from the beta. The game offered many features that were not well received, especially in the West.
