Galadriel appears to be elegant and mysterious at first glance, but especially when she demonstrates her true power, it can indeed become quite intimidating – even for those who stand by her side.
Galadriel is the bearer of the ring and the lady of Lothlórien. Like Elrond, she is a member of the White Council and very experienced in all matters. Galadriel has the ability to look into the hearts of other beings, read their desires, and thus learn important things about them.
She even knew Sauron’s thoughts, which made her an incredibly powerful being who could directly influence the course of history. She also assisted the Fellowship on their way to Mordor by giving them gifts. In short: even the strongest creatures in Middle-earth fear Galadriel, and rightly so. She is undoubtedly the most powerful Elven lady living at the time of “The Lord of the Rings.”
