“Chuckle Dust” (“Chuckle Dust”)

This dust is contained in a yellow pouch that holds enough for 10 applications.
If the dust is sprinkled over an area of one square foot/square meter, it creates the sound of a laughing person. This laughter lasts for 10 minutes.
When applied to a larger area, it produces a variety of laughter sounds.
Jester considers it a good distraction, and perhaps it could be useful in your party.
