Next to Art the Clown, Pennywise looks like a cartoon character. In Terrifier 2, Art wreaks havoc again in the town and begins a new murder spree. The only one who can stop him is Sienna Shaw. Terrifier 2 is brutal and explicit, but also well made. Most of the effects are practical effects, making them look better than many computer-generated effects.
A big highlight is David Howard Thornton, who embodies the evil clown. His gestures and facial expressions send chills down your spine. Art has managed to join the ranks of iconic killers like Jason or Michael.
