4. The Joker (Earth-43)
First appearance: Batman: Bloodstorm (1995)

What makes this Joker so special? In the Gothic horror-inspired event Batman: Bloodstorm, Batman must face Dracula and an army of vampires. Batman manages to stop him but becomes a vampire himself. The remaining vampires hide from the Bat.
The Joker, who incidentally is not a vampire, becomes the new leader of these vampires and captures parts of the underworld to create more vampires. His plan was to control the whole world.
While there’s not-vampire Batman and were-cat Selina Kyle, the Joker kills Selina in battle, and Batman takes brutal (vampire) revenge. To make sure that the Joker doesn’t resurrect as a vampire, he classically drives a wooden stake through his heart (DC Database).
