Who is the Emperor Joker? Mister Mxyzptlk is a powerful omnipotent being who, out of boredom, wanted to see what would happen if he gave the Joker 1% of his power. But the Joker tricked him and instead grabbed 99.99% of his strength.
A horrible world emerged where Emperor Joker has become an omnipotent being and keeps everything and everyone in a loop. All his actions are based on sadistic fun. For example, he joyfully consumed the entire population of China. However, he finds the greatest pleasure in killing Batman, whom he simply revives every day.
However, Superman manages to defeat the Emperor Joker by exploiting his only weakness: his obsessive fanatical obsession with Batman (Batman Wiki).
