If you like it dark and hard, you should give “Savage Avengers” a chance. Here, classic heroes and villains from Marvel meet none other than Conan the Barbarian. Yes, you read that right, the Conan who was impressively portrayed by Arnold Schwarzenegger in 1982.
Together with characters like Wolverine, Venom, or Elektra, Conan faces a great threat: “The Hand,” an ancient clan of ninjas, wants to resurrect a demon. Initially, Conan confronts the clan alone, later he joins forces with the heroes, leading to intense brawls.
However, it soon becomes clear that they must unite to defeat the common enemy. In various fronts, Conan fights the ninjas, and Venom even merges with the barbaric warrior. All in all, a fever dream.
