The autumn sale on Steam is currently in full swing and Warhammer fans can look forward to big discounts. Which are particularly worth it, you can find out on MeinMMO.
What kind of list is this? We looked around on Steam and kept an eye out for games in the Warhammer universe – genre and setting don’t matter, as long as it’s Warhammer. All discounts listed below are valid until October 7, 2025.

Warhammer: Vermintide 2
The co-op slasher set in Warhammer Fantasy takes place during the End Times, the literal end of the world. A group of five heroes (played with a maximum of four) fights against endless hordes of Skaven and Norsca barbarians. With the “Winds of Magic” DLC, it also goes into battle against the Beastmen.
- Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is currently 90% off on Steam, costing only €2.79. It’s truly a bargain. The game receives ongoing updates, has about 2,000 daily players on Steam (according to steamdb.info), and remains enjoyable even 7 years after release.
For €18.42, you can get the game bundled with Warhammer 40,000: Darktide. The game had major issues at launch, but Darktide has significantly improved since and has even more active Steam players than Vermintide 2 (according to steamdb.info).
Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus
In this Warhammer 40,000 game, you command the most technologically advanced troops of the Imperium, namely the Adeptus Mechanicus. Similar to the XCOM games, it’s all about turn-based tactics.
- On Steam, you save 80% on the purchase of Warhammer 40,000 Mechanicus. The standard edition costs €5.79, and for an extra euro, you can get the Omnissiah edition, which includes some digital goodies.
A sequel to the game is also in development. It looked really exciting at gamescom 2025, according to MeinMMO editor Benedict Grothaus: I could only see one of the most interesting new games in Warhammer 40,000 because I was really lucky
